Saturday and Sundy, May 13th and 14th we were at Twin City Baptist Church in Marinette where Matt DeCleene is the pastor. Carole spoke at their Mother-Daughter Luncheon on Saturday evening to a good group of ladies. The men of the church served the meal and all enjoyed a great time.
On Sunday morning I spoke in the Sunday School hour sharing the ministry of the WFBC and a Bible lesson. Since it was Mother’s Day in the morning service a preached a message from Judges 4 about Deborah and Jael, mothers in Isreal. Following the service we had a delicious lunch at the home of one of the church families.
I believe Twin City Baptist is eleven years old and is doing well. The services were full and they have a good young and growing congregation. We rejoice with them in what God is doing there.
